It is operated by Yokohama City Transportation Bureau, and is operated as a single line, though 2 continuous lines exist. Line 4 is under construction and due for opening in March 2008. Future plans exist for 2015 for connection with Odakyu Odawara Line at Shin-Yurigaoka Station, Kawasaki City, and with the future Kawasaki City Subway.
