Yo! Bum Rush the Show is a 1987 album by Public Enemy. This was the first album of Public Enemy's that had been released by a record label. The album is considered a classic of its time but is generally considered inferior to Public Enemy's follow up album, It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back. In 1998, the album was selected as one of The Source Magazine's 100 Best Rap Albums.[1] In 2003, the album was ranked number 497 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.
