Yan Baihu (嚴白虎) was a bandit leader in the Wu territory during the late Eastern Han Dynasty and Three Kingdoms era of China. Yan Baihu called himself "East Wu's King of Morals". One time, Yan Baihu was attacked by Sun Ce and then fled to Wang Lang to seek help. While seeking the help of Wang Lang, however, he was forced to retreat. Dong Xi caught up with him, however, and slew him. Dong Xi then sent Yan Baihu's head in a box to Sun Ce.
