Werneth, Greater Manchester

Werneth is an area of Oldham, in Greater Manchester, England.
Werneth is to the west of Oldham's town centre and is served by Oldham Werneth railway station.
The district was once an industrial centre, almost exclusively used by the Platt Bros. of Oldham, a large engineering firm of the former cotton spinning industry prevalent in Oldham.
