Waldeyer's tonsillar ring

Waldeyer's tonsillar ring is an anatomical term describing the lymphoid tissue ring located in the pharynx.

It was named after the nineteenth century German anatomist Heinrich Wilhelm Gottfried von Waldeyer-Hartz.[1]
