USS Long Island

Two ships of the United States Navy have been named USS Long Island, after Long Island, New York.
- The first Long Island was a steam trawler built in 1912 that purchased and commissioned by the US Navy as USS Long Island (SP-572) in 1917.
- The second USS Long Island (CVE-1) (originally AVG-1 and then ACV-1) was a Long Island-class escort aircraft carrier of the United States Navy launched in 1940.
