USF&G

USF&G was a Baltimore, Maryland-based insurance company that was acquired by the Saint Paul Companies in 1998, which, itself, merged with Travelers Property Casualty Corp. in 2004.
It was originally called United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company.
The USF&G Building was the tallest building in Baltimore. The building is now primarily occupied by Legg Mason and remains (as of 2007) Baltimore's tallest building.

The company sponsored the USF&G Classic golf tournament. For a time, the company sponsored the college football Sugar Bowl and the Arrows Formula One Team.
