[edit] Canada
Canada is the first country outside the United States to adopt The UPS Store name. In 2005, UPS stated that 95 percent of existing Mail Boxes Etc. franchisees chose to re-brand.
[edit] India
Jetair Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is the exclusive master licensee to develop The UPS Store business within India.[3] The 2005 agreement marked the introduction of The UPS Store brand outside North America as well as the first time a new market was developed exclusively as The UPS Store. The Hindu Business Line quoted Ken Torok of UPS as saying that UPS Store would be India’s first full-service network of retail outlets that combined packaging, shipping and other business products with Jetair airways ticketing services. UPS planned its Indian retail network primarily to serve small- and medium-size businesses, mobile workers, small-office, home-office workers and general consumers.
