David A. Noebel' is president of Summit Ministries in Manitou Springs, Colorado. The Summit is a Christian leadership training center, founded in 1962. Dr. Noebel has been a college professor, college president and candidate for the U.S. Congress. He is an author, editor, public speaker and ordained minister.

Noebel was educated at the Milwaukee Bible College, Hope College (Holland, Michigan), the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Tulsa. He was pastor of Grace Bible Church, Madison, Wisconsin, and president and professor of Biblical Studies, American Christian College, Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He is a member of the American Philosophical Association, the Evangelical Philosophical Society and the National Association of Scholars. He was listed in the first and second editions of Who's Who in Religion and Who's Who in Christian Leadership.

Noebel has authored numerous books, including Understanding the Times: The Religious Worldviews of our Day and the Search for Truth.
Noebel has also authored or co-authored several other books and articles, including The Marxist Minstrels, The Beatles: A Study in Drugs, Sex and Revolution, Communism, Hypnotism and the Beatles, The Legacy of John Lennon, Rhythm, Riots and Revolution, Christian Rock: A Strategem of Mephistopheles, The Slaughter of the Innocent, The Gospel According to Sun Myung Moon, War, Peace and Nuclear Freeze: A Balanced Christian View, AIDS: A Special Report, The Homosexual Revolution, Clergy in the Classroom: The Religion of Secular Humanism (3rd Edition, 2007), Mind Siege (with Tim LaHaye)and The Battle for Truth.
His most recent work is Understanding the Times: the Collision of Today's Competing Worldviews (2006).
