Stone is the English name of the Chinese unit of mass called the shek (石) in Cantonese language. One stone equals 120 catty.
In Hong Kong, one stone equals 72.5747784 kilograms, and in ordinance 22 of 1884, it is equivalent to 160 lb avoirdupoiszh-yue:石 (重)
