[edit] SJOBA - St. John's Old Boys Association
SJOBA (St John's Old Boys Association) is a community formed by the students who have passed out of St. John's High School,Chandigarh. It is a very active community with large number of members. It's members are generally referred to as 'Old Boys' or just SJOBANS .Some also refer to themselves 'Johnians' with pride .
It is managed by an executive body elected duly from within the community each year. SJOBA recently completed 25 years in the year 2004.
The association is very actively involved with the school. It organizes events such as blood donation camps and the year end counselling for students passing out has an annual tradition.
SJOBA organises many recreational events throughout the year including the famous SJOBA Thunderbolt Rally around March and the SJOBA Winter Fest in December(which includes the SJOBA Treasure Hunt and not to forget the SJOBA Winter Ball) .
