A. Sreekar Prasad (commonly referred to as Sreekar Prasad) is a film editor from [andhra pradesh], India. He has won the National Film Award for Best Editing six times throughout a career spanning over two decades, his last win being for his work on the acclaimed feature film Kannathil Muthamittal (2002), directed by Mani Ratnam.

Some of the films Sreekar Prasad has edited include Kannathil Muthamittal (2002), Alaipayuthey (2000), Vaanaprastham (1999), Aayitha Ezhuthu (2004) and Yuva (2004). He recently worked as editor on the film Navarasa (2005), directed by Santosh Sivan. Presently, Sreekar Prasad is working on the films Pokiri, Guru, Sainikudu and Sila Nerangalil.
