Sofie Hohenzollern (German: Sofie von Hohenzollern) (1582-1610) - princess of Prussia.

She was the daughter of Albert Frederick, duke of Prussia and Marie Eleonore. Married Wilhelm Kettler, son of Gotthard Kettler and Anna Mecklenburg-Schwerin on 22 October 1609. Died in 1610.
