Société de transport de Lévis

The Société de transport de Lévis (STL) is a public transport society created in 1980. STL is the counterpart of the Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC). STL operates mainly in Lévis on the south shore of the Saint Lawrence River but also offers connection with Quebec City on the north shore. By opposition, the RTC buses never cross the bridges.

The STL deserves a population of about 129,000 on a territory of 551,551 km² in the region of Chaudière-Appalaches. The Society relies on 50 bus and 90 employees. In 2004, it served more than 3 millions riders.
