Shweta Bachchan-Nanda

Shweta Bachchan-Nanda (b. 1974) is the daughter of movie stalwarts Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan and sister to Abhishek Bachchan.
She is married to industrialist, Nikhil Nanda, the son of Ritu Nanda (Rita Kapoor-Nanda), grandson of film legend Raj Kapoor and Rajan Nanda. Both are Delhi-based and have two children, Navya Naveli and Agastya Nanda.
In 2005, Shweta walked the ramp with her parents and her brother for AIDS awareness. The show was a huge success and was attended by many celebrities including Preity Zinta.
She is a Citizen Journalist with the Indian News Channel, CNN IBN [1].
Shweta hosted NextGen, a series of interview based shows aired on NDTV Profit, a private Television Channel, focussing on guests from diverse fields like art, literature, sports, films, fashion and business.[1]

For fitness, Shweta and her husband Nikhil practice Krav Maga, the Israeli form of fitness and Self defense with Mr. Vicky Kapoor head of International Krav Maga Federation, India.[2][3][4]
