Scott David Menville (born February 12, 1971) is an American voice actor, musician, and comedian. Menville was bassist for the Southern California rock band Boy Hits Car, which released three albums until he left the band in 2006. He was with the group since their founding.

Menville has also participated in non-voice acting roles. He appeared in Ernest Goes to Camp as Crutchfield, and had recurring roles on Full House as Kimmy Gibbler's boyfriend Duane, and on The Wonder Years as Wayne's best friend Wart. It must be noted that Menville's role on Full House sprawled across three episodes, each of which aired in 1995. Though his character appeared aloof, and somewhat distant, he still appeared as a typical, or sterotypical rather, California native, which might have roots in Menville's own Malibu, California, USA experiences. He often recited Shakesphere-written soliloquies, with a great and genuine passion. Remarkably, as Duane (his Full House character) was complemented for his rendition of Shakesphere's poetic genius, he simply replied, "Whatever," an abrupt return to his aloof and distanced self. Though common, and repetitive, this became his gimmick during Menville's three-episode campaign.
