Rolling Road is a major cross county road that runs through Baltimore County, Maryland, starting at Old Court Road in Pikesville, and ending at I-195 in Arbutus. A portion of the road in the Catonsville area is Maryland Route 166, and the remainder is a county roadway. In the Catonsville area, Rolling Road is split, ending at Frederick Road and restarting about ½ mile later after a left and a right turn. The road also runs through Randallstown, Windsor Mill, and Woodlawn.

Rolling Road is used by many motorists as an alternative to the Baltimore Beltway when it is congested. This in itself has caused Rolling Road to become highly congested at times.

Portions of Rolling Road are served by various bus lines operated by the Maryland Transit Administration:

The block from Liberty Road to Church Lane is part of the loop of Route M-1.
Route 77 operates on various segments in Woodlawn and Catonsville
The portion outside Security Square Mall is part of the loop of several lines.
Route 20 operates from Security to Crosby Road.
