Rohini may refer to:

• Rohini (nakshatra), a lunar mansion in Indian astronomy corresponding to Aldebaran.
• Rohini Devi, in Hindu mythology a consort of Vasudeva and mother of Balarama and Subhadra
• Rohini space satellite, a series of Indian space satellites
• Rohini Township, a residential township in northwest Delhi
• Rohini is the name of a river that flows in south central Nepal. Rohini is a holy river to all Buddhists. Early Buddhist texts describe the Buddha's visit and his relationship to the river, which flows near his birthplace, Lumbini.
