Rodolfo Falcón Cabrera (born October 25, 1972 in Havana) is a former international swimmer from Cuba, who participated in three Summer Olympics for his native country, starting in 1992.

He won the silver medal in the 100 metres backstroke at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. Falcón retired from the sport in 2002.
