Refugee is the first and only album by Bad4Good, a quartet of teenagers that included Brooks Wackerman and Danny Cooksey, released on September 15 1992 by Interscope Records. The album was produced by Steve Vai. It was produced in a clean version. It is hard to find because it's currently out of print.
