Quadrangle Group LLC is a private investment firm with over $6 billion in assets under management. Quadrangle Group is organized into three separately managed investment areas: distressed debt, private equity, and public equity. Quadrangle Group was founded in March 2000 and has offices in New York and London.

The firm was founded by Steven Rattner who leads the Private Equity business. Currently there are 14 Managing Principles including Michael Weinstock and Andrew Herenstein co-leading the Distressed Debt team, and Robert M. Donahue, Jr. leading the Public Equity division.
