Palais de Justice, Conciergerie and Pont au Change around 1900
The Pont au Change is a bridge over the Seine River in Paris, France.
It connects the Île de la Cité from the Palais de Justice and the Conciergerie, the Right Bank, at the level of the Théâtre du Châtelet.
It is located at the border between the IIIe and the IVe arrondissements.
Its current name comes from the goldsmiths and changers who had installed their shops on the bridge.
