The Political and Legislative Affairs Committee of the Communist Party of China Central Committee (Chinese: 中国共产党中央政法委员会; Pinyin: Zhōngguó Gōngchǎndǎng Zhōngyāng Zhèngfǎ Wěiyuánhuì) is the organization under the Communist Party of China Central Committee responsible for political and legal affairs.

The Committee was established in 1980. It was abolished and replaced by the Political and Legislative Leading Small Group (政法领导小组) from 1987 to 1990.
