Maria del Pilar Pallette Weldy Wayne Upchurch (born 1933 in Paita, Peru) is a former Peruvian actress who was the third wife of the American film star John Wayne.

A daughter of a Peruvian senator and previously married to and divorced from professional big-game hunter Richard Weldy, Pallete married Wayne in 1954; the couple separated in 1973, and the actor died in 1979. They had three children.

In 1999, Pallete married Jesse Upchurch, a travel-company executive.

In recent years, she has operated a restaurant, Pilar's, in Fort Worth, Texas, as well as one in Corona del Mar, California.
