Patrick John Wayne (born July 15, 1939, in Los Angeles, California), is an American actor and the son of movie icon John Wayne and his first wife, Josephine Alicia Saenz.

He has appeared as an actor in, among many other films, The Searchers, McLintock!, The Green Berets, Shenandoah, The People That Time Forgot, Mister Roberts, All My Children, Texas Detour, Big Jake, Gatling Gun, and Ray Harryhausen's cult hit Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger, as well as hosting the 1990 revival of Tic Tac Dough and appearing in a string of Old Spice aftershave lotion television commercials. He is rumored to have been offered the role of Superman in the 1978 film version, but supposedly declined because of his father's failing health (though the elder Wayne's health in 1976-1977, when the movie was in preparation, was not considered precarious).

Wayne also made a cameo appearance in the movie Young Guns as Pat Garrett.

In 2003, Patrick became chairman of the John Wayne Cancer Institute.
