Orion Bank, also known as Tong Yang Bank, is a savings bank based in the Philippines. The bank is majority owned by the Tong Yang group, one of the chaebols in South Korea. The bank largely caters to the Korean expatriate population and was founded amid the East Asian financial crisis in 1997.
