Normando Costantino

Brigadier-Major Normando Costantino is the current Chief of the General Staff of the Argentine Air Force. He was appointed as the overall commander of the Air Force following Eduardo Schiaffino’s dismissial by the senior Argentine political leadership.[1]

Costantino is a veteran of the Falklands War.
