Ngwe Pay Lo Ma Ya is a 1932 Burmese film and the first audio film ever released in the country. It was directed by U Tot Gyi, with Dagon Nat Shin and produced by Na Zar Mi.

The film produced by the Imperial Film Company from India was released on May 18 1932 at Plaza Cinema in Rangoon. It was a major success commercially and grossed over 100,000 Kyats within 8 weeks. One viss of gold is equivalant to 400 kyats.
