The airline was established in 1994 and started operations in January 1995. It is owned by Augusto Adolfo Bojorquez Maza (25%), Gabriel Antonio Bojorquez Maza (25%), Jose David Bojorquez Maza (25%) and Luis Fernando Bojorquez Maza (25%).[1]
