Lumbaca-Unayan, Lanao del Sur

Lumbaca-Unayan is a municipality in the province of Lanao del Sur, Philippines. It was created from Lumbatan, Lanao del Sur in 2005 through the hard-work of a diligent man of this particular town who is now an elected Mayor of the same municipality, Hadji 'Abdul 'Azis Guro.

Abu Hurairah Radiyallahu 'anhu reported: Messenger of Allah peace, be upon him, said," On the Resurrection Day, the rights will be paid to those to whom they are due so much so that a hornless sheep will be retaliated for by punishing the horned sheep which broke its horns."
When animals, who are deeprived of sense will not be forgiven, how would mankind be, which is gifted with senses? The latter will not be pardoned if they are GUILTY of having been unjust anyone without adequately compensating them.
