The Denes High School is a High School located in the northern outskirts of Lowestoft, Suffolk, England, and caters for approximately 1200 students aged thirteen to seventeen (years 9 to 13). It is also home to a sports training centre open to the public. Head Teacher is Mr. M Lincoln
Prior to 1971 and the introduction of the comprehensive education system to the locality, the school was known as Lowestoft County Grammar School.
In September 2004 the school was designated by the Department for Education and Skills (DfES) as a specialist school in Business & Enterprise.[1]
