Lisa Jakub (born December 27, 1978 in Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian actress, best known for her roles in Mrs. Doubtfire and Independence Day.

Jakub is currently married and attending college in Virginia. She is not actively looking for acting roles at the present time.

Jakub's first role was in the 1985 film Eleni, which starred Kate Nelligan and John Malkovich. She came to prominence as Lydia Hillard in the film Mrs. Doubtfire. She played the young activist Sandra in Joe Dante's Matinee. She has also had sizable roles in the films Independence Day, The Beautician and the Beast and played the "inspiration" for Princess Leia in the hit short film George Lucas in Love. More recently, she portrayed a courtesan in the old West in Painted Angels.
