Lilian Heath

Lilian Heath (née Nelson) was the first female doctor in the state of Wyoming, USA.

After Big Nose George was executed she was given the top of his skull which she called a "brain bowl" and used alternately as a doorstop and pen jar.[1]

Lillan Heath (Nelson)'s husband used the top part of the skull cap as a tobacco pipe ashtray.
