Legacy writing is the putting to paper of a person’s life story. So many people have lost amazing loved ones in their lives that their children and grandchildren will never get to know. Legacy Writing is a way to immortalize the story of a loved one for generations to come. Writers and ghost writers who specialize in legacy writing interview the subject countless times as well as all those who were close to them in an effort to reveal all of the characteristics that define who the subject is and how they have lived their life. The goal of legacy writing is to truly capture the high and low points, the pain and the joy, and the successes and failures of a person that paint them in a positive light and reveal their humanity.
