[edit] History

KXJM-FM's history can be traced back to early days when it was KXL-FM, offering a beautiful music format, followed by an Adult contemporary format. Throughout the years and several format changes, it was generally unnoticed by listeners. This changed on March 26, 1999, when Allen bought the station and altered its focus to Rhythmic Top 40.
