Jessica Lucas (born September 24, 1985) is a Canadian actress. She is best known for her work on CSI:Crime Scene Investigationand for her appearance as Sue Miller in Life As We Know It, acting alongside Amanda Bynes and Channing Tatum in She's the Man, and acting alongside Steven Strait and Laura Ramsey in The Covenant.

Jessica Lucas was born and raised in Vancouver , British Columbia having been acting since she was only seven years old. Her father is Haitian and French Canadien and her mother is Pakistani.[citation needed] Beginning her professional training with Children's Theatre Arts. She earned theatre credits in local productions of "Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs," "Grease," "Cinderella," "Mousetrap" and "Music Medley."
She was also a series regular on the popular Canadian teen show Edgemont, along with Kristin Kreuk.
Jessica joined the cast of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in its 2007 season, playing a new character, Ronnie Lake. The character, once a temporary "band aid" to replace Sara Sidle has been announced as a permanent replacement on the show. She also plays a major role in the movie Cloverfield, which releases in January, 2008.
Lucas currently resides in Vancouver, enjoys playing softball and is proud to be an accomplished singer and dancer.
