Jeete Hain Shaan Se is a 1988 Bollywood action film directed by Kawal Sharma and starring Mithun Chakraborty, Sanjay Dutt and Govinda in leading roles.

Close friends Johny (Mithun Chakraborty), Govinda (Sanjay Dutt), and Iqbal Ali ( Govinda who are in constant trouble with a notorious local gangster named DK. When Govinda's mother suddenly dies he is reunited with his father Advocate Verma, who has been missing for many years. However Johny soon learns that Govinda's father Advocate Verma was behind the atrocities that were inflicted on his own mother many years ago, and confront Verma, angering his newly found son who believes his father is innocent. Iqbal is caught in the middle of the conflict and the provocation of the gangster DK is not making matters any better.
