Isiah Whitlock Jr. (born September 13 1954) is an American actor.
He is notable for his appearance on the HBO program The Wire as corrupt state senator Clay Davis. He also is notable for appearing in Spike Lee films She Hate Me and 25th Hour as Agent Amos Flood. In all three programs, his characters are distinct for their pronunciation of the word "SHIIIIIT". Whitlock also made an appearance on Chappelle's Show as a store manager and has made several appearances as various characters on Law & Order.
