Ibrahim Khalil Khan

Ibrahim-Khalil khan Javanshir (1730-1806) was the son of Panah-Ali khan Javanshir and the second ruler of Karabakh khanate, initially Persian ruled and later independent feudal state that existed in 1748-1822 in Karabakh and adjacent areas.[1][2]
