Highway D5 (Czech: Dálnice D5) is a highway in the Czech Republic. It runs from Prague through Plzeň into Germany. D5 is 151 km long; a bypass of Plzeň includes the 380 m-long Valík Tunnel and 445 m-long bridge over the River Úhlava.

Construction on Highway D5 began in 1976; the first segment opened in 1982. The last segment was opened in 2006. In Germany, it continues as German autobahn A6 west to the border with France. Highway D5 is part of European route E50. All of D-5 is the Czech part of "Via Carolina" the path from Nürnberg to Prag.
