Hassaram Rijhumal College of Commerce and Economics, commonly known as H.R. College is located in South Mumbai. It is run by the the Hyderabad Sind National Collegiate Board and comes under the University of Mumbai. It is located just next to K. C. College and shares a building with the K. C. Law College.
