Gul Panag (January 3, 1977; Chandigarh, India) is a Bollywood actress and former beauty queen who has competed in the Miss Universe pageant. Her most notable film is Dor.

Gul Panag hails from an Army background. She started education at Patiala and studied at various places in India, prominently at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Chandigarh and Lawrence School, Ooty. Notably, she also studied at the International School of Lusaka, in Zambia. She is well known for her dimples.

Gul Panag won Miss India in 1999 and subsequently placed 6th in the Miss Universe 1999 pageant. She worked in films like Jurm and Dhoop and also the serial Kashmeer (STAR Plus), but she got her fame with 2006 film, Dor in the role of Zeenat.
