Germán Adrián Ramón Burgos (born April 16, 1969 in Mar del Plata, Argentina) is a retired Argentine football player and was the backup goalkeeper for Argentina at the 1998 and 2002 World Cups. Burgos spent his club career with Ferro Carril Oeste, River Plate, Mallorca, and Atlético Madrid. He retired after the 2003/04 season. Mono Burgos is known as a rock singer too. He had already played with some bands.
