Gayab

Gayab (English: Disappear) (Hindi: गाय़ब) is a Hindi film released in the summer of the year 2004. It stars Tusshar Kapoor and Antara Mali as the lead protagonist. It was remade in Tamil as Githan.

The movie is about one man who is a very dumb and is not at all stylish. He falls in love with a very beautiful woman in her neighborhood and feels like to make friendship with her. So he follows her everywhere. All the places she visits i.e to meet her boyfriend, goes for shopping etc.

One fine day he proposes to her but she indirectely tell him that he is not the type of boy she needs and she has already found a boy for herself and she cannot even think of getting in love with such a dumb boy.

So the boy feels very upset by that and also by the family tension and goes to the sea side and asks god why has he created him. He tells god it would have been better if he had not created him, cos god did not give him anything special. And starts going home and as he walks he finds a god idol and as he is angry throws the idol far in the sand of beach.

Now he reaches home to realize that he can become Invisible (GAYAB) and no one can see him. But he can see all. Now he becomes so happy and feels like doing all the fun and play all pranks he wants so he hits his crush's boyfriend, robs the bank, hits the pedestrians and frustrates all of them who had neglected him when he was visible.

Finally the films go like this till the end when police plans to find the invisible man cos he has done many crime of looting bank and so on so the police makes plans and ask her crush to convince the invisible man to come at some place and do some romantic talk with him and spray a color from a spray bottle so that he can be spotted and so the police would shoot him.

But while doing so the crush of invisible man feels in love with him and feels pity for him and tells him to run from that place.

Listening that the girls whom he love also loves him he surrenders to police and then helps police to solve criminal cases. He stays Gayab (Invisible) Whole is life and helps police thereafter.
