Gölcük is a district of Kocaeli Province of Turkey. Located on the coast of Marmara Sea and south of the province. It is the district where the 1999 earthquake disaster happened. Also Ford Otosan car factory is in Gölcük.
Gölcük is also the location of a Turkish Navy facility.
