Filmfare Best Female Playback Award

The Filmfare Best Female Playback Award is given by the Filmfare magazine as part of its annual Filmfare Awards for Hindi films.
Although the awards started in 1953, awards for the best female Playback category started nearly ten years later in 1962. Asha Bhosle and Alka Yagnik share the record for the most awards with 7 awards each.
