The E75 is part of the International E-road network, which is a series of main roads in Europe.

The E75 starts from Vardø, Norway in the Barents Sea and runs south through Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia and F.Y.R.O.Macedonia to Sitia, Greece on the island of Crete in the Mediterranean Sea.

In the area of the former Yugoslavia, the E75 is also known as 'Corridor 10', one of a number of transport links identified as a priority for investment at the 3rd Pan-European transport conference held in Helsinki in 1997. The European Agency for Reconstruction, one of the Agencies of the European Union, has contributed to the reconstruction of the E75 in the F.Y.R.O.Macedonia.
