ETC Entertainment Central is a channel produced and founded by Solar Entertainment Corporation which also created its sister station, ETC 2nd Avenue. It is available over SkyCable channel 16, Global Destiny Cable channel 30, Dream Satellite TV channel 24, CableLink channel 44 and other affiliate cable companies in the Philippines.
It features talk shows, dating shows, sitcoms, dramas, reality shows and entertainment news from the United States.

ETC sponsors other events, particularly parties around the Metro Manila area. These events are usually seen on Rated Oh! They also promote upcoming movies.[citation needed]

Starting Janaury 1, 2008 ETC will cease to air over SkyCable as a channel on its own right. However, as part of block-time agreements with various terrestrial channels, ETC will carry some of its programs over Southern Broadcasting Network 21, a terrestrial UHF TV Station in Metro Manila and selected cities in the Philippines.
