Culture Shock festival

The Culture Shock festival is held annually at SUNY Purchase College in Purchase, NY. The outdoor festival occurs mid-April and consistently hosts a vast array of musical artists from many different genres, as well as carnival rides and food vendors in a county fair-type setting. Past artists include Ween, GWAR, Kool Keith, Animal Collective, GZA, Cat Power, Girl Talk, Lightning Bolt, Yo La Tengo, Mission of Burma, Blonde Redhead, Man Man, The Walkmen, Diplo, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, Saul Williams, Destiny's Child, Ted Leo, Biz Markie, and Dead Prez.

Fall Fest, SUNY Purchase's autumnal music festival, has in the past featured Dr. Octagon, Voxtrot, and Les Nubians.
