Cool & Dre

Cool & Dre are a team of hip hop producers, consisting of Marcello "Cool" Valenzano (born in Miami, Florida), and Andre "Dre" Christopher Lyon (born in New York City, New York). They met in chorus class while attending North Miami High School. They are best known for producing the hit singles "Hate It or Love It" for the The Game (featuring 50 Cent) and "New York" by Ja Rule (featuring Jadakiss and Fat Joe). "Hate It or Love It" peaked at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2005.
Cool & Dre also produced the single "Rodeo" that is featured on Juvenile's 2006 The Reality Check.

The duo started their own record label,Epidemic Records. They signed a contract with Jive Records in 2003 concerning the distribution of their first artist, "Dirtbag". In 2004, they signed "Tony Sunshine". Unfortunately, the venture expired without either album being released on Jive. They also have a distribution deal through Skeleton Key Entertainment/Imperial Records for their artist "Joe Hound. They recently signed a deal with Pologrounds Music Inc/J Records for their newest artist "C-Ride". In 2006 Dre signed a solo artist deal with Jive Records to release his first album, The Trunk in which he both sings and raps. The first single was "Chevy Ridin' High" featuring fellow Miami artist Rick Ross.
